CAKE SALE
Thank you to the Grade 1 and 7 girls who provided the ‘cakes’ for the cake sale. Thank you to everyone who bought cakes. We raised R4 911-20.

TOILETRIES
Please can the Grade 3 girls bring a 9 or 10 pack of toilet rolls (Twin Saver or Similar) to school.

GRADE 3 TO7 EXTRA MURAL PROGRAMME
Our sincere apologies for the confusion about our swopping over to the 2nd term Programme. We usually just do netball and hockey trials which interferes with the 1st term programme. On the spur of the moment we decided to swop everyone over to the 2nd term Programme so all the girls would have something to do. Unfortunately we didn’t change the dates. We will stop the 2nd term programme on Thursday 27th March and start it again on our first day back after the holidays, Monday 13th April.

WATER FUN DAYS
A reminder to pay R25 before the Water Fun Days on Monday 30th March for SP and Tuesday 31st March for JP.
Girls remember your school costumes, caps, sunscreen and towels on your Water Fun Day.

BOOK VIEWING AND REPORTS
Parents I urge you to make time to pop in to Book Viewing sometime between 4:00 pm and 5:30 pm and Tuesday 31st March. Collect your daughter’s report, see her first term’s work and chat to her teacher. Show your daughter and the school that you are interested in her and her education. Parking is available on the JP field.

DELIVERIES
Parents, please ensure that your children come to school with everything they require for the day i.e lunches, sports gear etc. They need to be responsible with regard to their belongings. If something is delivered to school your daughter’s class will lose a class point or she will get a black mark.

WATCHES
Only plain sensible, practical watches are allowed to be worn at school. Please keep fun, fancy, colourful watches to use at home.

SICK CHILDREN
Parents please don’t send very sick children to school as they will be sent to sick bay and you will then be contacted to fetch them. On the other hand please don’t let children stay home for a slight headache, sore tummy or cough etc. If they are away please send an absentee note.

END OF FIRST TERM
School will close on the 1st April at 11:00 am for JP classes, at 11:15 pm for SP classes and at 4:00 pm for Aftercare.

START OF 2ND TERM
Second term will begin on Monday 13th April.

SCHOOL PHOTOS
School photos will be taken in April, JP girls on Wednesday 29th April and SP girls on 30th April.
An A4 photo package consists of 1 x A5 enlargement, 2x jumbo photos, 1 x ID strip of photos and 1 A5 class photo. The package will cost R35. If you require just a class photo on its own it will cost R20. SP sport team photos and Senior photos will cost R20.
Please send your money for the set of photos or just a class photo as soon as possible. Individual photos will only be taken if the money has been received.

SCHOOL FEES AND AFTERCARE FEES
Parents please ensure that all your School fees and Aftercare payments are up to date. Please use your daughter’s personal school fee and Aftercare references when paying so it will be allocated to your account.

Unknown Aftercare payment received : 16th March R310 Ref: Aftercare

There are also many unknown, unallocated School fees so if you get an SMS saying that you owe fees please contact the office.
